Working with Cubellis Associates, Integrated Builders completed the 16,000 s.f., Pass & Weisz Porsche/Audi project located in Burlington, MA on a design/build basis for the MEP and fire protection based on the design documents that were provided by Porsche and Audi’s Corporate standards program. The construction of the Pass & Weisz dealership was a challenging task, as it was open for business during the entire renovation. To facilitate the operating business, Integrated Builders devised a three-phase construction plan which minimized disruption. The tight urban site, which was bordered by granite ledge walls, further complicated the process.
