Size: 13,800 s.f. This build-out entailed a complete renovation of an existing Porsche/Audi dealership. In addition to implementing all new electrical and mechanical systems, two new expansions were built to the facility: a 2,400 s.f. Porsche showroom, and an 1,800 s.f. garage. A new parking lot was also installed along with drainage and oil separator systems and a septic system.
