Size: 18,500 s.f. Integrated Builders completed the expansion and renovation of Shaw SAAB in Norwell, MA. Working within a tight budget, Integrated Builders successfully completed the project within the scope of both the architect and owner. Included in the construction was a stunning showroom of 20’ ceiling heights, a new service center with an underground exhaust system, special exterior site lighting for the vehicle inventory area, and an arched standing seamed roof that is a signature architectural detail of SAAB’s brand design.
