The Jabil Circuits project in Billerica, MA included the construction of an 80,000 s.f. production facility for printed circuit boards and computers. A large processed piping plant was included for nitrogen, chilled water, compressed air, vacuum lines and DI water. The project also included two new elevators, 130,000 s.f. office space, a two story atrium, computer room, new roof top units for HVAC, electrical switchgear and a new roof. Integrated Builders was also responsible for the substantial transformation of the exterior, which included the addition of windows, glass curtainwall entrances, new loading docks and a painted exterior. Mechanically, the main building cooling tower and chillers have been replaced and a new fire alarm system has been installed.
