Size: 80,000 s.f. Integrated Builders created upgrades to Lifeline Systems new 80,000 s.f. computer room and call center located in Framingham, MA. The building was stripped back to its steel frame and a completely new structure was built with generator back-up power and cooling. All new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems were also installed. A new E.F.I.S. skin and large windows, as well as a curtainwall entrance were completed to enhance the building’s exterior. In addition, Integrated Builders reworked the site with new grades, drainage, lighting and landscaping. |
