Size: 24,000 s.f. Integrated Builders has completed the ground-up construction of the new 24,000 s.f. classroom building for the St. Philomena School in Portsmouth, RI. The new beautiful brick facility houses classrooms for grades 6 through 8. The mechanical system in the basement includes a pad mounted chiller and a boiler with a four pipe system. In addition to the striking facade, the corridor features a cathedral like feeling with skylights. |
