Size: 200,000 s.f. This build-to-suit project has been completed for AFC Cable Systems, in New Bedford, MA. The structural steel single-story building has a split-faced block entrance, which houses 5,000 s.f. of office space. The manufacturing floor is a 24’ clear faculty with 14 loading docks and a separate addition for compressors and mechanical system. Various cable systems such as BX, MC and Fire Alarm will be manufactured here. |
