Integrated Builders completed Black Rock’s Recreation Facility for the 2002 season. The Recreation Center was used as the temporary Club House. The project included the pool and tennis courts, as well as the site’s sewage treatment plant, which services the entire property including the 130 homes. Utilities and roadwork totaling one mile in length was also part of the project. The 9,000 s.f. recreation facility features men's and ladies locker rooms, cardio vascular fitness and aerobic facilities, and a children’s recreation center. In addition, several aesthetic appointments will be incorporated into the setting such as a covered bridge. |
