Leggat McCall Properties has awarded Integrated Builders with the contract to build Phase One of their 55+ residential development, aptly named Cedarmere for its multi-acre, wooded surroundings. Integrated Builders is currently working alongside J. Read on the site’s roadwork and utilities, and with Architect, Carr, Lynch & Sandell, Inc.
