Size: 60 Units, 75,000 s.f. Integrated Builders completed the 60 Unit, seven-story steel frame apartment building structure totaling 75,000 square, with two bottom floors for underground parking for the Owner, Gattineri Development , on Two Florence Street in Malden, Massachusetts. The exterior façade is beige precast and red brick. The interior common areas are well appointed featuring quarry tile floors and architecturally detailed woodwork.
The site sits within a tight urban setting on a paved parking lot, and is bordered by active train tracks. Special support for the site’s retaining walls was needed during excavation due to its proximity to the railroad tracks. |
