Size: 60,000 s.f. Integrated Builders completed the ground-up construction, which was designed to reflect the high-class image of the Mercedes brand name, for Westwood Mercedes in Westwood, MA. The first phase of the project was to demolish almost all of the 60,000 s.f. clothing outlet/cold storage facility while carefully preserving 20,000 s.f. of the existing structure. To this, 40,000 s.f. of new construction was added. The showroom area is appointed with state of the art technology, and is finished in polish granite, stainless steel and oak cabinetry. The red brick exterior was chosen to blend with the surrounding architectural landscape of Westwood. |
