Control Delivery’s 56,000 s.f. project encompassed a major renovation that included a 4,000 s.f. expansion to the company’s existing headquarters. During this multi-phased project, pharmaceutical grade labs, clean rooms, production areas and all new mechanical and electrical systems were added. The expansion also added new offices, a cafeteria and gymnasium, as well as conference rooms. All construction took place while the premises were occupied and during operating hours. |
