Phase Two: 100,000 s.f. After the successful completion of the 10,000 s.f. Phase One renovation of the G.E. Healthcare office in Marlborough, MA, Integrated Builders was contracted to implement the 75,600 s.f. office and laboratory fit-up of Amersham’s existing 100,000 s.f. one-story building. Phase Two of the project consisted of laboratories, manufacturing, warehouse, office and support areas. The support areas are comprised of the biotech firm’s reception area, employee break room and conference rooms. |
