Integrated Builders completed this 37,000 s.f. office, light manufacturing and laboratory renovation including several modifications to the existing building. The interior fit-up included state of the art mechanical, electrical and security systems. Multiple testing labs and an operating room were also included in the space. The base building improvements included new windows, new mechanical, fire alarm, sprinkler, plumbing and electrical systems along with new front entrances and landscaping.
