This project involves the complete renovation of Private Healthcare’s headquarters in Waltham, MA.  The project was multi-phased with Integrated Builders working on 15,000-square-foot blocks until all 200,000 s.f. was completed.  One challenge of this project was not to disturb the company’s ongoing operations while undergoing the renovation.  Each area required new electrical systems, wall partitions, ceiling, flooring, paint and cubicles.  The HVAC and sprinkler systems were modified to accommodate the new layout.
