Integrated Builders completed the base-building fit-up of 400,000 s.f. at 180 Hartwell Road in Bedford, MA for Vinco Properties. This old Raytheon plant needed a complete demolition and remodel. New HVAC systems, windows, bathrooms, elevators and common areas were redone to reposition the project for new tenants. |
