Integrated Builders completed a renovation of the common areas, which totaled 300,000 s.f., at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA. The areas renovated include the main, east and west lobbies, bathrooms on the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors, and existing hallways. The lobbies received new tile flooring, glass and stainless steel handrail systems and a decorative glass décor at the elevator. The bathrooms were fitted out with new granite countertops, sinks, wallcovering and lighting. The HVAC upgrade included 8 new 125 ton VAV roof top units which replaced 40 old 25 ton units. A new roof was installed. The front entrance was also enhanced with a glass entrance, Alucobond column covers, a concrete paver walkway and landscaping.
