Integrated Builders is well-versed in working in and around employees in an operating environment. One such example of this type of interior renovation is Broadvision’s corporate headquarters at 400 Fifth Street in Waltham, MA. Unable to “shut down” or relocate to another location. Broadvision operated at full capacity during its extensive interior upgrades. A carefully coordinated, phased construction plan enabled the employees of Broadvision to perform their daily responsibilities with little or no disruption. The renovation took place on four floors, each totaling 20,000 s.f. In addition to all new offices, common spaces and reception areas, Integrated Builders also built a new cafeteria and conference facility. Each floor also had its own IT and server rooms, which required special cooling areas.
