Integrated Builders has completed the historic renovation of the 20,000 s.f. Kendall-Crescent “Town Barn” located on located on 235 Cypress Street in Brookline, MA. The two properties that were refurbished were originally erected in 1880 and 1920. Owned by VinCo Properties, the buildings have been restored to offer multi-tenanted office space. The rich exterior of red brick has period authentic features such as a slate roof with copper trim and gutters, as well as modernized elevators, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
