Architect: John Shesky & Associates Size: 80,000 s.f.
Integrated Builders completed a major renovation of Network Plus’ 80,000 s.f. Randolph facility. The “center” was designed to sit on a raised floor with a UPS system and emergency generator. The second phase of the project, which included a new entranceway, began while personnel were occupying the building. During the entire process, Integrated needed to take extra precautions with its heavy construction equipment while working within an occupied building and parking lot. The former exterior was dated metal skin which was removed and replaced with glass curtainwall and E.I.F.S. In addition, a new roof was installed to include updated HVAC units on steel frames. 1,800 linear feet of precast retaining walls were installed to support the expansion of the site which provides additional parking. Site work included the retention pond, catch basin and recharge area. |
