Integrated Builders completed this project for New York Life’s Benefit Services Headquarters. NYL achieved an impressive look and feel to their space with quality finishes and materials. The work was completed on two floors, each totaling 20,000 s.f. The mechanical system was entirely reworked to meet the new space configuration. A raised floor computer room was built with an FM 200 fire suppression system and a Liebert controlled HVAC system. A state-of-the-art teleconferencing center was built as part of the main conference room. |
