Architect: Edwards & Kelcey
Size: 28,000 s.f. Integrated Builders completed a new retail development, Leominster Village, for The Growth Company of Chestnut Hill. The fast-track development involved the transformation, and nearly doubled the size of the former Plotkin’s Manor House Furniture Store. Designed by Architect Edwards & Kelsey of Boston, the multi-retail complex now totals approximately 28,000 s.f.
Located at 14 Commercial Road, Leominster Village is home to such favorites as Starbuck’s, SuperCuts, and Mattress Giant. In addition, a concept restaurant new to the region, The Bear Rock Cafe, celebrated its introduction to the area and offers a speedy and healthy alternative to fast-food chains. The approximate cost of the exterior building and site area was $1.5 Million.
