Integrated Builders built the first phase of the retail and office development, totaling 200,000 square feet, at The Shops at Quonset Point in North Kingstown, R.I. The project included 160,000 square feet of retail and 40,000 square feet of office space. Integrated Builders was responsible for all site development, utility infrastructure, Kohl’s pad and utilities and construction of the 80,000-square-foot Outside Air Center, which also included a shell for a 25,000-square-foot Dave’s grocery store. The project incorporates innovative, sustainable elements such as use of recycled materials, and other environmentally friendly strategies.
