Size: 6,200 s.f. Integrated Builders completed a 6,200 s.f. upscale grocery store and restaurant called Zathmary’s Market, which is located at 1000 Highland Avenue, Needham, MA for owners Michael Szathmary and Steve Mayes. Renovations included new mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. This building’s industrial feel was retained with exposed joists and painted ceilings. Integrated coordinated an extensive mill work package with equipment provided by Zathmary’s. The exterior involved the addition of a new canopy and storefront.
