Integrated Builders Hired for Phase Two of Amersham biosciences Project

Braintree, MA—Upon the completion of Phase I of Amersham Biosciences’ retrofitting, Integrated Builders was awarded the more extensive Phase II project.  With the Phase II addition, the entire project will encompass 75,600 square feet. The final stage of the multi-tiered project consists of offices, laboratories, manufacturing, warehouse and support areas. Support areas include lobby, employee break room, and restrooms.  The general contractor recently completed the construction of office space for Amersham Biosciences, a leading provider of products and technologies that enable the molecular medicine revolution to better understand disease, diagnose it sooner, and treat it more effectively. Both phases of the project were designed by Woodbrier Associates, and managed by Codman Corporate Services. The project is slated for completion by the end of March.
