8 Federal Street in Billerica A New Look  

Braintree, MA - Integrated Builders was chosen as the construction manager/general contractor to handle the renovation of 8 Federal Street in Billerica, Massachusetts.  Architect, Spagnolo Gisness of Boston, has redesigned the 80,000 square foot building’s lobby and common areas. The relatively new property owner, Berwind Property Group of Philadelphia acquired the building last year and plans to re-lease the now vacant building, which was once occupied by Nortel. The interior is being renovated to feature upgrades such as granite floors, maple paneling and accents, glass railings and an elevator.
