Renovation at Blue Hill Country Club in Canton, MA in full Swing

Braintree, MA— Integrated Builders of Braintree has been selected to complete a major overhaul to Blue Hill Country Club’s clubhouse in Canton, Massachusetts. The interior demolition of the private club’s existing facility is in full swing and will open this upcoming golf season as the “New 19^th Hole”. The project, which encompasses the redesign and construction of approximately 12,000 square feet, will include a new bar, and locker rooms, as well as shower and bathroom facilities. The Architect chosen for the project is ArchDesign, Inc. of Braintree, Massachusetts; the Engineer is Engineering Design Services, Inc. of Rhode Island.

Blue Hill Country Club is a member-owned, private country club. Blue Hill has 27 golf holes, an Olympic size swimming pool and several dinning and function facilities.
The 18-hole golf course was designed by Skip Wogan and constructed in 1924. The 9-hole Challenger Course was also designed by Skip Wogan and constructed in 1961. In 1956, the current clubhouse was built following a major fire that destroyed the old building. This is the clubhouse’s second renovation in less than ten years.
