Integrated Builders builds a new apartment 
complex in Malden - Central Place

Braintree, MA—Integrated Builders has been awarded the contract to build Central Place Apartments by owner/developer, Gattineri Family Ventures, L.P.  The $7,000,000 project is located on Two Florence Street in Malden, Massachusetts; Banknorth provided the financing.  The 60-unit, seven-story steel frame structure, designed by DiLullo Associates of Melrose, Massachusetts will total approximately 75,000 square feet, with two bottom floors for underground parking.

The exterior facade will be beige precast and red brick.  The interior common areas will be well appointed featuring quarry tile floors and architecturally detailed woodwork.  The modern facilities offer area amenities such as the MBTA Orange Line, as well as several fine restaurants located within walking distance of the apartments.  Also coming soon is a brand new YMCA, being built right down the street.
