Integrated Builders to Handle Renovation and Conversion of
Brink’s Facility in Hyde Park

Braintree, MA - Pittston Company, owner of Brink’s Incorporated, has chosen Integrated Builders to handle the renovation and conversion of its armored car facility in Hyde Park, Massachusetts.  The 35,000 square foot facility on 46 Sprague Street will be renovated to include office space, while the main floor will be converted to a secure currency warehouse and distribution center.  Armored cars will enter and leave the building on a regular basis and make use of 60% of the warehouse area, while the remaining 40% of the warehouse area will be dedicated to currency processing, storage and incidental support spaces. The Architect for the project is Roth & Seelen, Inc.
