NEESCOM HIRES INTEGRATED BUILDERS FOR RENOVATION OF FIBER OPTIC SWITCHING AND COLOCATION CENTER

St. Martin Street
Southborough, Massachusetts

BRAINTREE, MA - Previously an old warehouse used for storage, 34 St. Martin Street in Southborough, Massachusetts has been refurbished to function as one of NEEScom's fiber optic switching and colocation centers. As construction managers and general contractors, Integrated Builders worked with the Architect Earthtech of Concord, Massachusetts on the $3 million renovation.

The 50,000 square foot warehouse required heavy electrical and HVAC upgrades necessary to accommodate NEEScom's specific energy requirements. The facility has been redesigned to accommodate multiple users by distributing future chilled water and electrical conduits into a series of structural steel racks.

Integrated Builders provides general contracting services to discerning corporations, developers, property managers, retailers, healthcare providers and private institutions regionwide. From tenant improvements, rehabilitations and property repositionings to base building work and commercial construction, the firm has proven its value repeatedly due to a unique ability to complete projects "From a Client's Point of View."
