Integrated Builders Starts Ground-Up Construction for 
Clair Mercedes in Westwood

Braintree, MA— A high-end automobile dealership, Clair Mercedes, will be opening this October on Route 1 in Westwood, Massachusetts.  The current facility, which was once used for cold storage and a clothing outlet, will be renovated and expanded to house Mercedes’ top of the line automobiles.  Integrated Builders of Braintree, who has previously built two Porsche and Audi Dealerships, has been chosen to build the new facility.  The Architect is Adams Associates of Belmont, and the Engineer is Q&W Associates of Hanover.  

The dealership has been designed to match and reflect the high-class image of the Mercedes name.  The showroom area will utilize state of the art technology by way of lighting and special effects to display the cars.  The conference areas and offices will be done in polished granite, glass and stainless steel.  The construction project will entail the demolition of 40,000 square feet from the existing facility (preserving 20,000 square feet), and then adding 40,000 square feet of new construction.
