Integrated Builders Completes fifth expansion for 
GE Healthcare Sciences
Westborough, MA

Braintree, MA—Integrated Builders recently completed another project for GE Healthcare Biosciences, formerly Amersham Biosciences, in Westborough, Massachusetts.  This is the fifth project of a multi-tiered construction effort that has amounted to over 70,000 square feet with a value of approximately $4 million.   The most recent job involved the addition of a solvent storage area, which required intricate systems such as special air monitoring and leak detection devices.  The architect for this portion of the project was BKA Associates of Brockton, Massachusetts.  Throughout the process, the life sciences company has been working with Hathaway & Associates in Westborough on its project management and space planning needs.
