Integrated Builders and Owner/Developer Gattineri Family Ventures Celebrate Topping Off of New Apartment Complex in Malden

Braintree, MA—Integrated Builders, Gattineri Family Ventures, and city officials from Malden gathered to celebrate the “topping off” of Central Place, a new $7,000,000, 60-unit apartment complex located on Two Florence Street in Malden, Massachusetts. The seven-story steel frame structure, designed by DiLullo Associates of Melrose, Massachusetts will total approximately 75,000 square feet, and offer two bottom floors for underground parking.

According to Integrated Builders’ project manager, Victor Simonians, the event was surely a milestone, “We’re happy to have reached this milestone within a timeframe that met all of our expectations. Working within this tight urban setting has been challenging, and we were happy to cap it off so successfully.” 

Passers-by will soon see the exterior façade, which will be beige precast and red brick. The interior common areas will be well-appointed featuring quarry tile floors and architecturally detailed woodwork. The modern complex will offer such area amenities as the MBTA Orange Line, as well as several fine restaurants located within walking distance. Also coming soon to the area is a brand new YMCA, being built right down the street.
