Integrated Builders Hired to Complete Design/Build Project
for Honda Dealership in West Roxbury

Braintree, MA—Upon the successful completion of Clair Mercedes in Westwood, Integrated Builders was hired to execute the design/build of Clair’s Honda dealership in West Roxbury, located on 1575 V.F.W. Parkway.  The existing dealership will be renovated and expanded to meet Honda’s new corporate standards and when complete will total approximately 38,000 square feet.  Following Honda’s corporate branding prototype, Integrated Builders, along with Architect, Cubellis Associates, partnered to finalize the design and value-engineering of the project to fit the criteria for the existing facility and site.  The estimated value of the project is $1.3 million.
