INTEGRATED BUILDERS TO BUILD TWO FACILITIES FOR CASTLE SELF STORAGE

BRAINTREE, MA - Integrated Builders of Braintree was recently awarded the contract to build two storage facilities for Castle Storage to be located in Weymouth and South Boston, the latter including a car wash component. The architect for both facilities is Roth & Seelen, Inc.; the owners are Back River Limited Partnership and Bold Colony Limited Partnership, respectively.

The South Boston location will involve the rehabilitation of a 50,000 square foot existing storage facility and will feature a state of the art car wash called "Super Shine Auto Wash". The Weymouth facility will be built to offer three stories of storage space totaling 45,000 square feet to be accessed by large, freight elevators. Special climate controlled heating and cooling units will provide quality conditions for its users.
