The Retail Building boom continues for Integrated Builders

New Retail Center Slated for Leominster;
Hingham Jewelers Celebrates Opening

Braintree, MA—On the heels of Integrated Builders’ completion of Hingham Jewelers, the firm has been hired to build a new retail center in Leominster, befittingly named Leominster Village.

What was once shared by three separate businesses, Integrated Builders repositioned into one, first-class jewelry store in Hingham for Owners, Stacy and Dave Page. The Architect, Roth & Seelan, Inc. of Hingham designed an eye-catching exterior with a clock tower, which has become a landmark feature along Whiting Street. The extensive renovation was 5,000 square feet, and cost $750,000.

In Leominster, ground will be broken soon for a new retail center, Leominster Village. Located on 14 Commercial Road, the multi-retail complex will total approximately 15,000 square feet, and is proposed to offer at least two restaurants, one being a coffee shop with a drive-through. Two additional retailers have not yet been named.

The developer/owner, The Growth Company, has hired Integrated Builders as the general contractor and Edwards & Kelcey as the architect. Leominster Village, which is slated to open in the spring of 2005, will reside where the former Plotkin's Manor House furniture store is located. The approximate cost for the project is estimated to be $1.5 million.

Integrated Builders provides general contracting, design/build and construction management services to discerning corporations, developers, property managers, retailers, healthcare providers and private institutions region wide.  From ground-up commercial construction to tenant improvements, rehabilitations and property repositionings, the firm has proven its value repeatedly due to a unique ability to complete projects from a client’s point of view.
