Foundation and Site Work Begins
for New Condominiums in Winchester, MA

Integrated Builders of Braintree Chosen As General Contractor

Braintree, MA -- Despite a struggling economy, the residential sector remains strong.  The opportunity to build multi-family dwellings has been a welcome conduit for major general contractors who typically got a lion’s share of their contracts from the business sector.  Integrated Builders is one construction management firm who has effectively diversified its portfolio to encompass the residential community. One of its recent wins is Winchester Place Condominiums, which is being developed by Owner, Albiani Management and Development of Winchester. The architect chosen to design the condominiums situated in Winchester’s historic downtown area is OKS Architects, also of Winchester.

Winchester Place Condominiums has been designed as a first-class, five-story luxury condominium development.  The 37,000 square foot building will offer 11 units, approximately 2,200 square feet each, and an underground parking garage.  The high-end development has a structural steel frame with brick veneer, as well as architectural precast and stone detailing.  The well-appointed units will include many quality finishes such as designer moldings, hardwood floors, gas fireplaces, columns and architectural surrounds.  Site and foundation work has begun, with the erection of steel scheduled to begin in early December 2002.  Anticipated delivery of the project is in the spring of 2003.

Now in its tenth year, Integrated Builders provides construction management and design/build services to discerning corporations, developers, property managers, retailers, and institutions region wide.  From ground-up commercial construction to tenant improvements, to rehabilitations and property repositionings, the firm has proven its value repeatedly due to a unique ability to complete projects “From a Client’s Point of View.”
