INTEGRATED BUILDERS TO HANDLE RESTORATION OF KENDALL CRESCENT TOWN BARN IN BROOKLINE, MA

BRAINTREE, MA - Integrated Builders has been hired to handle the historic restoration of Brookline's Kendall Crescent Town Barn on 235 Cypress Street. The two buildings were originally erected in 1880 and 1920, and have housed Brookline's "town" offices for over 150 years.

Owned by VinCo Properties, and newly designed by Helicon Design Group, the restored premises will be rehabilitated to offer 20,000 square feet of office and specialty service retail space. Once complete, the red brick buildings will have period authentic features such as a slate roof with copper trim and gutters, as well as modernized elevators, mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
