Integrated Builders signs contract with
Innovative Spinal Technologies (IST)

Braintree , MA — Integrated Builders contracted with Innovative Spinal Technologies (IST) to perform a tenant build-out of approximately 37,000 square feet of office and manufacturing space on the ground floor and mezzanine level of their Mansfield, MA location. The project included sophisticated mechanical systems for the operating rooms. Integrated Builders had been awarded the base building project by Parallel Partners. The base work included demo, new window systems, structural upgrades and HVAC.
