Integrated Builders has contracted for
phase II of aspect software

Braintree , MA — Integrated Builders, after recently completing a 127,531 square foot fit-up for Aspect Software in Chelmsford, MA has been awarded a contract for Phase II of this project. Designed by Spagnolo Gisness & Associates this project is for the construction of a high end customer training and conference center. Stone flooring is used in the lobby along with rich maple wall panels and wall coverings.  Detailed curved soffits are located throughout the project and provide the space with decorative lighting. An advanced Audio Visual package is included for presentations and video conferencing. Special cooling systems are provided to handle the intense heat load created by a large number of people in small spaces. Victor Simonians is the Project Manager and Superintendents Jim Leiter and Kevin Laurie handle the onsite management of the work.
