Integrated Builders awarded another project
from vinco properties

Braintree , MA — Integrated Builders has completed a number of projects for Vinco Properties and their most recent is the Valeritas project in Shrewsbury , MA . This project consists of roughly 20,670 square feet of interior improvements. The exterior improvements consist of alterations to the existing façade and entrance to the building, landscaping and stone walls. The interior improvements consist of class 10,000 and 100 clean rooms, labs, offices and a cafeteria. Valeritas, LLC headquartered in Parsippany , NJ is a medical technologies company serving the fast-growing diabetes market through its proprietary drug delivery systems. Their Research & Development and Manufacturing Divisions will occupy this Shrewsbury, MA location.
