Jay Dacey, President
As President, Jay is responsible for establishing project strategy, objectives, budget, schedule, and the weekly follow-through of Integrated’s project base. Jay coordinates with the architect, owner and occupant to ensure proper communication from all parties. Project experience includes ground-up construction and renovations/repositionings of commercial office buildings and tenant space for corporate, advanced technology, manufacturing, hospitality, retail and multi-family residential complexes.

Bill Mack, Vice President of Business Development
Bill serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development and is responsible for enhancing customer relationship, new business development and customer service at Integrated Builders. Prior to re-joining Integrated Builders in 2009, Bill worked as Director of Project Development at A.J. Martini, Inc., where he focused on corporate, healthcare and institutional work. Prior to that, he served as Director of Business Development at Shawmut Design and Construction. He also worked as Project Manager at Mass General Hospital. |

Marianne Dooley, Office Manager
As the Office Manager, Marianne supports all lines of business including Project Management,
Estimating, Accounting, Marketing and Sales. She is involved in the implementation
and servicing of employee benefits, such as Health, Dental, Flexible Spending,
Retirement and COBRA administration. Marianne supervises the interviewing,
hiring, training, performance evaluations, salary increases and training of administrative
staff.

Mark Trudell, C.P.A., Controller
As the Controller, Mark is responsible for project financing, asset management,
due diligence, risk management and accounting and reporting.
Mark has over twenty years of experience on the financial side of the construction
industry. Prior to joining Integrated in February 2008, Mark worked
for another general contractor in the following areas assistant controller,
project accountant and project management assistant. Mark has also
worked for a multi-regional HVAC Construction and Service Company. Mark
is a C.P.A. and has performed audits for a variety of Massachusetts based
construction and related industry clients.

Bob Purdy, Project Manager
Bob is responsible for the overall day-to-day management of construction projects including subcontractor bidding/coordination, job safety awareness, budget management, schedule management, daily project reporting and owner/subcontractor communications. Project types range in the $3 million to $15 million for a wide range of product types including life sciences, advanced technology, retail, corporate and institutional.

Rick Flooks, Associate Project Manager/Estimator
