Integrated Builders Completes 16,000 SF Tenant Fit-Up for BCM Controls in Woburn, Mass.

Fit-up includes new office, engineering, lab and warehouse space


BRAINTREE, Mass. (May 12, 2008)-Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm, announced today that is has completed a 16,000-square-foot tenant fit-up for BCM Controls, a leading provider of building automation and security systems for commercial, institutional and industrial clientele.

The recently completed project took place at BCM Control's offices at 30 Commerce Way in Woburn, Mass. The 16,000-square-foot project included the tenant fit up of office, engineering, demo labs and warehouse space.

Integrated Builders worked in collaboration with Walsh/Cochis Associates, Inc., an architectural design firm based in Canton, Mass.
