Integrated Builders Retained by Developers Diversified for Multiple Fit-Ups in Chelmsford, Mass.
Office and corridor fit-ups will total more than 14,500-square-feet of space
BRAINTREE, Mass. (August 12, 2008)-Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm, announced today that is been selected by Developers Diversified Realty Corp. for a 14,500-square-foot interior office fit-up project at 300 Apollo Drive, in Chelmsford, Mass.
Prior to this project, Integrated Builders completed a two-phase, 133,500-square-foot interior construction project at 300 Apollo Drive for the corporate headquarters of Aspect Software, a leading provider of customer service, collections, sales and telemarketing solutions for contact centers.

The project consists of a 13,000-square-foot interior office fit-up for the Massachusetts offices of HNTB, an architecture and engineering consulting firm, and about 1,500 square feet of common corridor space in the building.
The building is owned by Developers Diversified Realty, a real estate investment trust based in Beachwood, OH. They are an owner and operator of more than 740 retail operating and development properties in 45 states, Puerto Rico, Brazil, Canada and Russia.
Integrated Builders will work in collaboration with Boston-based architectural design firm Spagnolo Gisness & Associates.
