Integrated Builders Completes 15,000-SF Tenant Fit-Up for Advanstar Communications

BRAINTREE, Mass. (Aug. 19, 2008)-Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm, announced today that it has completed a 15,000-square-foot tenant fit-up project for Advanstar Communications, a leading worldwide media company providing integrated marketing solutions for the Fashion, Life Sciences and Powersports industries. 

Located at 600 Unicorn Park in Woburn, Mass., the project included building out work stations, conference rooms and other high-end office amenities aimed at creating a productive, interactive and friendly work environment for Advanstar Communications.

Integrated Builders worked in close collaboration with Boston-based architectural design firm Spangnolo/Gisness & Associates.
