Integrated Builders Completes Additional Tenant Fit-Up at Philips Lifeline Call Center in Framingham, Mass.

Earlier, Integrated Builders completed tenant fit-up services, totaling 25,000 square feet at the company’s One Clarks Hill offices

BRAINTREE, Mass. (Sept. 24, 2010)--Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets in suburban Boston, announced today that they recently completed an additional 2,000-square-foot tenant fit-up for Philips Lifeline’s offices at One Clarks Hill in Framingham, MA.

Philips Lifeline is a manufacturer and provider of resident safety products and systems for seniors and caregivers. In 2008, Integrated Builders had completed a 25,000-square-foot tenant fit-up for Philips Lifeline’s offices at the same location that included the expansion of the company’s existing Call Center located on the second floor. The expansion incorporated glass walls, sprinklers, an HVAC system and electrical and telephone/data modifications. A new corporate office space was also created to address company expansion.

“It’s very rewarding to work with a repeat client like Philips Lifeline,” said Jay Dacey, President of Integrated Builders. “The new expansion further enhances our client’s ability to provide their services with efficiency and it improves the office environment tremendously.”

Integrated Builders worked in collaboration with DiMella Shaffer, a Boston-based architectural design firm.

BRAINTREE, MA (Aug. 6, 2010)—Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets in suburban Boston, announced today that it recently completed an 80,000-square-foot interior office renovation for Harris Corporation at 150 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA.

Harris Corporation, headquartered in Melbourne, Florida, is an international communications and information technology company serving government and commercial markets in more than 150 countries.

“Integrated Builders completely renovated the Chelmsford offices of Harris Corporation,” said Jay Dacey, President of Integrated Builders. “Renovations included updates to the interior office space, training room, computer room, new carpeting, a reconfiguration of drywall partitions, a new ceiling and new paint.”

Integrated Builders worked in close collaboration with Mark Forth, managing director of Boston architectural firm IA Interior Architects.

Integrated Builders Hires A. Michael Carroll as Chief Estimator

Mr. Carroll, a Braintree resident, brings over 15 years of experience in construction budget, cost analysis, planning and project management

BRAINTREE, MA (June 23, 2010)—Integrated Builders Inc., a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on suburban Boston markets in the corporate, laboratory, retail and manufacturing sectors, today announced that A. Michael Carroll III has joined the firm as Chief Estimator.

In addition to providing estimates and costs analysis for Integrated Builders’ clients, Mr. Carroll will also work closely with their clients’ design-build team to discuss proposed projects and design an effective strategy to complete project review, including scheduling, business planning and value management/ engineering.

“We’re very excited to have Mike join our team,” said Jay Dacey, President of Integrated Builders. “His addition to the Integrated team is going to be great for both us and our clients. Mike brings over 15 years of experience in budgeting, estimating, cost analysis and project management of construction projects in major sectors in Greater Boston.”

Prior to joining Integrated Builders, Mr. Carroll served as an estimator, cost analyst and project manager at Waltham, MA-based Linbeck Construction where he worked on a number of projects for Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Tufts University, Biogen/IDEC and Fitchburg State College. Prior to Linbeck Construction, he worked as senior estimator at Boston-based Macomber Builders where he was responsible for estimating, including over 90 percent of all sitework on all Macomber projects, both public and private jobs. Prior to that, he worked as an estimator/project manager at Braintree, MA-
based Peabody Construction Co., as a project engineer at the Littleton, MA-based Middlesex Corp., and as an estimator/assistant project manager at Hanover, MA-based P.A. Landers, Inc.

Integrated Builders, which was hired by the landlord, Chelmsford Associates LLC, provided demolition, millwork, roofing, d/f/h, glass and glazing, drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical, among other general contracting services. The renovated space will be occupied by MRV Communications, Inc., a leading provider of packet switching, packet optical (P-OTS), physical layer and out-of-band networking equipment, services and optical components for high-speed carrier and enterprise networks and specialized aerospace, defense and other communications networks. Integrated Builders, which was hired by the landlord, Chelmsford Associates LLC, will provide a full tenant fit-up services in the existing building including drywall, ACT, flooring, millwork, glazing, sprinkler system and HVAC. Integrated Builders Completes Lab Project for a Fortune 500 Firm BRAINTREE, Mass.

Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on suburban Boston market in the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets, announced today that it has completed the renovation and upgrade of Demonstration Lab and Demonstration Rooms for a Fortune 500 technology company in Massachusetts.  The project at the firm’s facility, whose location was not disclosed because of security reasons, consisted of rework, renovation and electrical and mechanical upgrades to the demonstration lab and demonstration rooms where the firm showcases it products to potential and existing customers. “It was small, but a sophisticated project,” said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. “Also, it was a fast-track project and was completed within a month.”
