Integrated Builders Complete 13,000-Square-Foot Interior Office Fit-Up in Chelmsford, Mass.
BRAINTREE, Mass.
Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on suburban Boston market in the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets, today announced the completion of a 13,000-square-foot interior office fit-up project at 300 Apollo Drive, in Chelmsford, Mass.
The space will be occupied by Intersil Corp., a world leader in the design and manufacture of high-performance analog and mixed-signal semiconductors.
Integrated Builders, which was hired by the landlord, Chelmsford Associates LLC, provided demolition, millwork, roofing, d/f/h, glass and glazing, drywall, ACT, flooring, painting, window treatments, fire protection, plumbing, HVAC and electrical, among other general contracting services.
Prior to the Intersil project, Integrated Builders has completed several projects at 300 Apollo Drive, including a two-phase, 133,500-square-foot interior construction project for the corporate headquarters of Aspect Software, a leading provider of customer service, collections, sales and telemarketing solutions for contact centers.

Integrated Builders Awarded 22,000-Square-Foot Interior Fit-Up Contract at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, Mass.
BRAINTREE, Mass.
Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on suburban Boston market in the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets, announced today that it has been awarded a 22,000-square-foot interior fit-up contract at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, Mass.
The renovated space will be occupied by MRV Communications, Inc., a leading provider of packet switching, packet optical (P-OTS), physical layer and out-of-band networking equipment, services and optical components for high-speed carrier and enterprise networks and specialized aerospace, defense and other communications networks.
Integrated Builders, which was hired by the landlord, Chelmsford Associates LLC, will provide a full tenant fit-up services in the existing building including drywall, ACT, flooring, millwork, glazing, sprinkler system and HVAC. Integrated Builders will also install supplemental cooling, lighting and power feeds.

Integrated Builders Completes Lab Project for a Fortune 500 Firm
BRAINTREE, Mass.
Integrated Builders, a construction management, design-build and general contracting firm concentrating on suburban Boston market in the corporate, data centers, laboratory, retail and manufacturing markets, announced today that it has completed the renovation and upgrade of Demonstration Lab and Demonstration Rooms for a Fortune 500 technology company in Massachusetts.
The project at the firm’s facility, whose location was not disclosed because of security reasons, consisted of rework, renovation and electrical and mechanical upgrades to the demonstration lab and demonstration rooms where the firm showcases it products to potential and existing customers.
“It was small, but a sophisticated project,” said Jay Dacey, president of Integrated Builders. “Also, it was a fast-track project and was completed within a month.” |
