Aspect Software: Chelmsford, MA

Integrated Builders recently completed a 127,000 s.f. tenant fit-up on the first and second floors at 300 Apollo Drive in Chelmsford, MA for Aspect Software. The new space consists of conference rooms, offices, open offices, break rooms, training rooms and common spaces. The major focus was placed on the Data/IT Center, a vital component of Aspect Software’s facilities. The construction of the Data/IT Center included a generator, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), a Liebert dry cool unit and an extensive electrical package. The entire construction time was four months.
